Through Jeff’s leadership we were able to establish the Abilities@work program. The program is a partnership with several organizations and employs over 40 individuals with developmental disabilities on a permanent basis. Program success occurred because of the commitment to the collaborative partnership approach, establishing trust based relationships, and recognizing the abilities and value of all individuals. Through Jeff’s commitment, passion and rolling up the sleeves to tackle issues the Abilities@work program is an award winning program and making a difference in the lives of individuals.
