We Care About The Communities We Work In:

Our consultants are committed to making communities stronger by supporting organizations and individuals in the communities we work. Examples of J. Macpherson & Associates social initiatives are:

  • ➤Contributing a financial donation to support the local food bank in each community we work. Most recently this included donations to food banks in the Cities of Yellowknife, Red Deer and Spruce Grove.
  • Providing free ad hoc HR Consulting advice to a not for profit organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities to advance educational studies and secure employment. 
  • Our associates, volunteer as mentors and career coaches to support immigrants (Internationally Trained Professionals) settle and find employment in various Canadian cities. We work with these professionals to support them with job search skills ranging from resume writing, networking, and interviewing. We help these professionals understand the new cultural context, Canadian job market and support the transition to be contributing members of the Canadian economy. 
  • Our associates are associated with organizations like Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC), Culture Link, TalentMinded Coaching and Ignite Mentorship Program. We helped over 15 professionals in the Toronto and Ottawa area in the last year.
