- Leveraging and integrating with existing organizational business processes, rather than competing with them, yield greater acceptance and results;
- Developing programs following the 80/20 principle ensures time is spent on the actions that yield the greatest business results; and
- Solutions must be practical, sensitive to time constraints and responsive to business area needs.
